Drop Everything Now! That Kid's in trouble

Will you drop everything if you find a kid in trouble? A kid in trouble doesn't mean a road accident. It means if you interact with a kid and identify that the kid is in trouble, would you drop your work and reach out?
I would suggest - do it!
This is the basic way of life, and we must do everything to preserve this. You will never find more satisfaction in life. So do it for yourself. Kids rarely have someone to rely on. You're lucky if a kid trusts you. They hardly interact with grown ups. So when they do trust a grown up and share problems, it's our duty not to shy away and to help them in any way we can. I am not saying about finding them a job, but helping them understand the issues they face and guide them through. Allow them a connect and a right to call you whenever they are in trouble. They don't ask for more.
There is at times a total loss of identity for youth today and the parents are unable to connect to them. Finding their identity consumes a large part of their life and by the time they are at peace with themselves they have lost the best times of their youth.
Let's hope this would lead to a world where someone someday would help your kid. We must build the world we want today!
