Driving Sales. ??

Driving Sales. ??

Ever notice how the harder you push in business, the harder it is?

And that you then feel the need to do more?

Or to fix or change something?

In the context of selling and sales, this creates a fascinating paradox.

Because, when we're overly focused on improving numbers,?hitting targets or closing sales, we’re being led by the past and by fear.

- Fear we may not get what we want.

- Fear we may get what we don't want.

And this energy then create obstacles to the very outcomes we'd Love.

It also sets up invisible barriers to genuine connection.

When we’re identified with "wanting" or "needing sales", we create a resistance to potential new clients.

Think about your best deals and those that turned into your best client relationships.

Didn’t they flow naturally and effortlessly?

That's because you weren't caught in the mental trap of “trying to make it happen” or "closing" or?“needing” the business.

You weren't approaching from a state or an identity of lack.

Instead you were present, curious and genuinely interested in helping.

So it was NOT about..

?? getting the deal over the line.

???objection handling or saying the right things.

???getting "the prospect" to say or do anything.

???moving someone through your funnel or process. ??

?? showing how smart you are or how great your product or service is.

It was the natural outcome of your presence and openness.

Making the shift from 'driving sales' and 'selling'?to allowing authentic connection can transform your entire business.

Moving from asking: “What can we do to sell more / win more / grow faster / earn more?”

To: “How can we genuinely help more people get what they want?” is the game changer.

Genuine being the key.

Opening our heart to the fulfilment of our ideal is the rocket fuel for playing the new game and experiencing truly next level results.

And for really loving business.

Without making these shifts, we remain in our heads, thinking from the past and from our current circumstances and we stay on the hamster wheel.

Constantly trying to figure out how, doing new things and striving hard whilst breaking our heart again and again and again until we remember...
