Performance standards and accountability are essential pillars of a successful organization. By clearly defining expectations and holding employees accountable, we create a culture of excellence and drive continuous improvement. Addressing bad behavior or performance issues promptly is crucial to maintaining morale and productivity. Ignoring problems not only undermines team cohesion but also sends the message that mediocrity is acceptable. High performers shouldn't have to carry the burden of underperformers. It's unfair and ultimately detrimental to the entire team's success. Instead, we must provide support and resources to help struggling employees improve, while also recognizing and rewarding top performers. By upholding performance standards and fostering accountability at all levels, we cultivate a culture of excellence where every team member can thrive. #PerformanceStandards #Accountability #EmployeeMorale #TeamSuccess #Leadership #Leadershipcoaching #Lead #Management

The problems start at employee selection stage - with the "interviewer him/herself" who has not COMPLETELY documented candidate requirements and in fact also has no clue of what employees are engaged with on the floor-level.
