It’s funny what you receive in your inbox, I’ve started receiving the Google Best Practices emails and I was so pleased to see confirmation of what we are always harping on about and Google endorsing this, it talks about ….

Driving More Calls to Your Business and goes on to say

“Some people want to talk to a real person when they’re looking for information. In fact, 70% of mobile searchers have called a business directly from the search results. That’s why online advertising is about more than just your website, especially with on-the-go consumers. For many advertisers, phone calls are the most important channel to use when connecting with customers.”

They are trying to explain how to use Adwords to drive this. Here is a link https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/

We’ve been in the industry for over 10 years and answered millions of calls and worked with many types of businesses and those that look at multiple channels of incoming communications are the ones that (in our humble opinion) are winning, i.e. growing their businesses. Think about how you make a purchasing decision, often we’ll call the company to have a chat and check information, but we may have seen their website, asked for friend’s suggestions, but we will check various sources before making a buying decision. That's also where Telephone-Answering come in, as many businesses don't want to be tethered to the phone or don't have the resources for taking additional calls, so we can take these calls for you and pass them as a message or transfer them to the relevant person in your organisation. Thus helping to grow your business.
