Please describe your Casumo journey so far.

Ivan: “The journey has been dynamic, quick-paced, and everything but boring! From diving into innovative gamification strategies to tackling the nitty-gritty of daily tasks, every step has been a learning experience. The fast-moving environment here keeps me constantly adapting and pushing boundaries, making it both challenging and incredibly rewarding.”

How do you balance personal growth with managing high-performance teams?

Ivan: “It’s all about creating synergy between my own development as a leader and the team's success. My personal priorities include continuous learning—whether it’s exploring advertising, data, leadership, productivity, or mentorship. On the team side, I strongly believe in empowering them to take ownership of projects, as well as fostering a culture of giving and receiving feedback. This approach helps us grow together, creating not only a high-performance team but also a work environment that supports personal development.”

Faced a big hurdle recently? How’d you leap over it?

Ivan: “Well, we have targets to hit every month, so hurdles are just part of the job! Joking aside, every month brings a new challenge that requires focus, strategic thinking, and occasionally a bit of luck. It’s a team effort, and we always manage to overcome whatever comes our way. That’s one of the things I’m most proud of—the resilience and determination of our Growth Marketing team.”

Any big wins under your leadership belt that you would like to share?

Ivan: “There have been many wins this year, but a few stand out. Rebuilding our affiliate team and driving their incredible growth in recent months is definitely one of them. Our Martech projects and the development of mobile advertising have also been huge milestones. But at the end of the day, the biggest success is the team itself—producing excellent results, overcoming challenges, and having fun while doing it.”

What future adventures are you gearing up for at Casumo?

Ivan: “There’s always something exciting on the horizon! When it comes to acquisition and growth, we’re focused on scaling, optimizing, expanding data-driven acquisition, and driving sustainable growth. These are ongoing adventures on our radar, and I’m looking forward to seeing where they take us next.”
