The Manufacturer
Manufacturing news, articles & research, updated daily. Organiser of elite events for manufacturing thought leaders.
Hi Reader,
I'm writing to you live from Liverpool at The Manufacturer Live 2023 (how many times can I say live in one sentence?!) and we've had a jam packed morning so far at Manufacturing Leaders Summit. We've seen common problems unearthed and solved, best practices shared, and ideas cross-pollinated across sectors.
I also had the privilege of moderating a panel discussion on 'Building digital talent to accelerate digitalisation' where I was joined by three transformation experts. We discussed the need to invest in training and upskilling the workforce to ensure manufacturers have the skills to operate in a digital environment.
I look forward to seeing some new and familiar faces at The Manufacturer Top 100 networking drinks tonight where we celebrate 10 years of the programme.
