Was listening to a session last week on digital transformation in the field of IP. The challenges are manifold - resistance to adopt and adapt, continued use of traditional systems, upskilling of work force and ofcourse budgetary constraints. As for law firms, like any other business, digital transformation is necessary to add value for clients and employees. Experience tells me transformation is not that easy :)
