Granular User Management
User types on the web platform range from Main Admins to simple Viewer roles. Some users can even be assigned and restricted to a specific business unit within the platform. Upya customers can also create new user types through templates by choosing from more than 40 different permissions that ultimately allow the user to perform specific actions on the platform (e.g edit contract, upload stock etc.)
Flexible Contract Management
At all times, an admin can easily edit contract terms of end-customers paying for instance in installments; modifying for example contract value, its duration and payment frequency. A contract can also be manually paused or transferred and its terms can even be switched to another deal when relevant. These actions automatically update resulting payment schedules and customer obligations.
