We've had a busy few weeks with wrapping up our webinar, gathering? loyalty data on our stations, and publishing a great GIS analysis piece!?

???? ???If You Build it Well, They Will Come: Reliability + Loyalty Data Case Study

We want to spotlight our charging reliability and customer loyalty data from the last 7 days in the spirit of transparency. This comes after launching our newest and largest station last month and breaking our record for our daily energy delivered.

CEO Quincy Lee shared that, "our customer's stations dispensed nearly 200kWh of energy each on Sunday June 9th alone with a 7 day average of 93% charging success rate and 99.7% uptime."?Customers choose our stations because of the fast and easy charging experience, and that shows in quantity of energy delivered, high success rates , and near flawless station uptime.?

And on the subject of building customer habits, he also shares that "in the last 7 days 61% of our EV charging sessions came from repeat drivers,"?an impressive testament to the power of building reliable and easy to use hardware.?

??? ???EV Utilization Retailer Readiness Report?


Electric Era's very own Kyle Rowe digs into the increasing utilization of public fast chargers around the country in 2024 with a detailed GIS analysis in a recent post on the Electric Era blog .?

He writes that "Electric Era analyzed a dataset of charger port session data from more than 4,000 charging ports across the U.S. for the year-to-date so far (2024), including both data from Electric Era chargers and other major EV charging suppliers and networks."

Some key findings??

Miami-Dade County in Florida leads the country in month-over-month growth in charging sessions per day. Counties in New York, Washington, and Arizona also round out the top 5.?

The rise of EV adoption isn't just happening in California. Consumers are shifting to EV cars, and more and more they need public fast charging infrastructure to keep their cars charged up.?
