How many of you out there are driving around or tip toeing around the perimeter of the person you want to be?
What’s keeping you from diving right into it?
Are you playing big or playing small?
These were some questions that I resonated with after a session with my coach recently. Of course, I had many reasons to why I was not diving into it:

I could go on and on … I also noticed how I was fiercely defending myself to my coach with those reasons. It was also then that I realized it was time for some reflections and learnings.
At the end of the day, driving around the perimeter of the person I want to be and playing small means holding your gifts to yourself rather than sharing them with the world, no matter what your reasons are. And it is not just about how you share and to how many people you share it with. More importantly is it about:
