"My name is Arjun Sharma, I have been using Rhino for the past 10+ years. I am a Software Developer at Airteam, and I integrate AI predictions with the requirements of the AEC industry using Rhino.?

?? Our Journey with Rhino:?

"I (Arjun) got started with using Rhino during my university education mainly as a CAD tool. The main attraction was the ability to program and automate using Grasshopper. Later in my career, I progressed to using the Rhino API directly with Python and C#. A notable project where Rhino played a crucial role was the development of the Model Fitting Plugin. This plugin generates semantically classified mesh models from predictions received from the AI mathematical model, which are further used to generate architectural reports and drawings."?

?? What's Shaping the Future:?

"ChatGPT and Generative AI are revolutionizing how software is being developed. Moreover, current Computer Vision and 3D capabilities are becoming more accessible to a larger audience with easy-to-use and standardized tools. At the same time, our customers from the construction and solar panel industries expect more automation, leading to faster and more reliable processes. In the next few years, we will see Rhino being used more without the GUI so that code is portable, reusable, and better maintainable. We also anticipate the developer experience to be more influenced by the use of Copilot and ChatGPT. In the future, we see the need to have easy and standardized ways to integrate machine learning models into Rhino."?
