Kristina was given the opportunity by her direct supervisor Erin Moore, Director of TA, to accompany her on a trip to Dublin – to?train and onboard two new recruiters.?This experience allowed her to demonstrate her expertise and solidify her leadership skills, which ultimately led to her promotion as the Team Leader for those very same recruiters.?

While technical skills and industry knowledge were important, Kristina realized that personal growth came from stepping outside her comfort zone. Just two months later, she became the Team Leader of the very same recruiters she had trained.?

Initially hesitant, she almost let fear hold her back. But instead of overthinking, she accepted the opportunity within seconds.
