Do you drive or are you driven?

Do you move or are you moved?

Do you act or react?

Do you think or are you being thought?

Are you autonomous or an automaton?

A machine or a man/woman?

Be careful before you answer these questions too quickly. For a knee jerk reaction is not action; and it PROVES that you're the latter in ALL the above questions.

The Leader lives and acts from center; and the further from center you go the more greatly you are bound.

I know this is WAY too deep for some (maybe most) but then again I don't play or speak to the majority. I'll leave that to others.

Don't get me wrong. That doesn't make me better in any way. I'm not. Speaking to the majority is needed, for otherwise there's NOTHING they can hear.

But the Authentic Leader of the Future must speak to those who either:

1. Have taken the majority mind to its limits and KNOW they must go elsewhere for their development and growth. Or

2. Have already moved beyond the majority mind and are looking for a tribe of leaders ready to take this world to the next level.

Look, it's a fact. We have some wicked problems in today's world. We're in the midst of a MAJOR political and social economic meltdown.

Where the masses get caught up in it, and play the game. Or, they see it as as fearful and uncertain...

The NEW Leaders see it as a NEW EMERGENCE; and they KNOW that EVERY significant breakthrough is ALWAYS preceded by a breakdown.
