The number of people I have that struggle with drinking enough water.
I have to say, it's something I don't really fully understand because I literally do drink a minimum of five litres a day all year round. And as we get to this far into prep, it increases even more so.
But, what I always say is if you struggle with drinking more water, add something to it.
Add something that's going to give you a little bit of flavour so that it helps you increase your hydration levels and get the water up.
Even get flavoured water if it helps, often the more you drink the more you'll remember to drink and become thirsty quicker.
It could be something as simple as adding sugar free cordial if it needs to be that. Or it could be adding a little bit of fruit into it. or even BCAAs
Just add a bit of flavour if you struggle with just drinking water on it's own.
Because its always better to hydrate your body with something even if its got something added than to not bother at all (just be conscious of the cals in some options)
But, to me, you just need to be drinking more water.
I suggest having a pint firs tthing in the morning and with each meal, water will aide digestion too so its a Win WIn
So many people could see so much better health benefits.
Their skin would improve, their energy levels would improve, if they were to just drink more water.
