Why proper dressing is essential in public speaking, when it only needs proper dressing of our words and knowledge to speak??

In public speaking, before our words, our appearance, gestures and body language speaks a lot, it build initial audience’s attention.

Say NO, to Casual dressing in office presentation –

Dress yourself, which make you comfortable, it will help you to confidently get into the audience. Some people dress up in office with tattered jeans and T shirt, but believe me such type of dressing is good between those people whom you do not share your formal relationship.

Causal dressing in formal groups reflect that you are not concerned with addressing and getting audience attention, you simple want to deliver your speech. In reciprocate; it will be tedious for audience to gather concentration and interest in your public speaking event or seminar.

Exposing your body will not guarantee a huge crowd –

If you think body exposure, will get a quality crown in your event, then you are seriously sadly mistaken. Do not ever wear provoking clothes in any presentation. Dressing note before Speaking - Make sure your shoes are polished and hair neatly combed. Dress are ironed with neat and decent dress up.
