Dreams : Scientific or Mythological! The Possibilities!

You wake up a morning with a glimpse of a dream you saw last night of your desired future! You slept at night tired of work but so active in a dream - dreaming about winning a tournament of your favorite sport! That's how our Sub-Conscious mind triggers us, to push for a "Better" Life! It can be professional or personal or general, it does leave you with "food for thought"!! Eat it!

Let's first understand Dreams little bit here. Dreams are just "Electrical Impulses" occurring in our Brain depicting "Random Images" from our Sub-Conscious Mind.

So Dreams are either "Reflection" of our thoughts in Conscious mind when we are awake and hence registered in Sub-Conscious mind or are "Refraction" of possibilities which our Conscious mind didn't register, but Sub-Conscious did. How?

Psychologists use "Dream Analysis" as a technique to determine personality traits of a person and even inspire individuals to achieve certain possibilities. Hence, if we Introspect our Dreams, we would understand ourselves better as Sub-Conscious mind is free from any time or limited beliefs your conscious mind has been conditioned due to your surroundings. Hence, your childhood trauma or your upbringing or your family or friends play an important role in "Conditioning your Conscious Mind"; unless you have have your Sub-Conscious awakened!!

To Awaken your Sub-Conscious or to bring in your Sub-Conscious or what I call as "Virtual Reality" to Conscious; there are multiple ways : like --- Journaling, Meditation, Visualization, Breathing Exercises or even pursuing your Hobby. These shall with time make you choose people who condition your Conscious Mind in-line to your Sub-Conscious mind. Like they say "Create your own Reality"!?

Wait, but what about the Mythology reasoning? As per Vedic Astrology, you get dreams when Rahu is in synchronization with Moon. Chinese Astrology says it's all about Balance of "Ying and Yang" energy for good and bad dreams. Zhou Gong is "God of Dreams" as per Chinese Culture depicting a person's health through the "Dream Dictionary Interpretation". Phewwww!!! So does Greek Mythology has "Morpheus" as God of dreams, who is said to be Messenger of God to communicate divine messages to mortals. Hence, Romans & Greeks believed that Dreams could give information about past, present and future events. Muslims too believe that Dreams are linked to Spiritual Perception and it's mentioned in Qur'an about types of Dreams!

?Our Sub-Conscious Mind is beautifully designed to record irrespective of our restricted beliefs, cultural or society norms or even any fear we might have built because of past incidents or accident or even childhood trauma. Just like our skin heals naturally from injuries with new layer or body shapes up with our physical activities, so does our Sub-Conscious mind helps us "Re-shape Our Reality"!

The entire epicenter is : Dreams are linked to "Possibilities", you name it "Sub-Conscious Mind" or "Spiritual Perception" or "Messages by God"; the interpretation is helpful! Take what resonates!
