The DreamMaker 8-Step Mutual Evaluation Process

Hey there, let's talk about what it's like to join the DreamMaker family and become a franchise owner! Here's a breakdown of the steps you can expect as we get to know each other:

Step 1: Let's Get to Know Each Other!

During our first call, we'll ask about your business goals and personal objectives. We're all about making a profit, but more importantly, we want to help provide a better quality of life for you and your loved ones.

Step 2: Discovering DreamMaker

We'll host 1-2 webinars to give you a detailed look into the DreamMaker mission, culture, and unique value proposition. You can ask us anything you want to know, and after this, we'll ask you to complete a Request for Consideration to continue the process.

Step 3: Complete Request for Consideration (RFC)

This non-binding request shows us you're serious about exploring the franchise opportunity. After completing it, we'll schedule a call with you and the president of DreamMaker to review everything we've done together so far. If it makes sense for you to come to a discovery day, we'll invite you to do so.

Step 4: Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Review

You'll have the opportunity to go through our FDD, and we'll guide you on how to read it and what each section means. You can reach out to our current franchisees to hear about their experiences owning a DreamMaker franchise.

Step 5: Planning and Funding

You and our Franchise Recruiter will create a plan to start your own DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen franchise, including understanding the funding options available to you.

Step 6: Discovery Day

If everything looks good, we'll invite you to visit our company headquarters in Waco, TX for a Discovery Day. You'll meet with our leadership team to learn how we'll support you in various departments such as Franchise Coaching, Marketing, and Technology.

Step 7: Final Validation

After Discovery Day, we'll review your application details and make a final decision on awarding you a DreamMaker franchise.

Step 8: Sign the Franchise Agreement

Congratulations! You're now a part of the DreamMaker family. We'll schedule a call with onboarding, and your dedicated franchise coach and marketing coach will guide you through three phases of onboarding training to ensure a successful launch.
