Dreamcatchers Digest - November 2023

Dreamcatchers Digest - November 2023

In our pursuit of personal excellence and financial sovereignty, we must dare to disrupt the status quo and unlock the immense potential within us. The Red Pill Model, a concept I hold close to, invites us on an adventure to achieve true fulfillment and meaning in our lives.

This model unfolds in six transformative layers, each a crucial step on our path to complete victory. We start with fortifying our Self-Image—reprogramming those old stories that have kept us in the shadows of our own dreams.

The dance of Relationships is about the quality of our connections. We embrace those that fuel our growth and learn to let go of what no longer serves us.

As for Work, it’s about passion and impact, not just a job. It’s an opportunity to infuse every task with positivity and purpose, enriching all aspects of our existence.

Then, we anchor ourselves in Health, understanding that true strength comes from the balance of physical well-being and mental clarity.

We expand our definition of Prosperity beyond the confines of our bank accounts to include the wealth of experiences, our natural gifts, and the value of time well spent.

And at the summit lies Significance—our ultimate goal. It’s about creating a legacy that outlives us, echoing through the lives we touch and the communities we uplift.

As your guide on this transformative path, I’m committed to equipping you with practical wisdom and strategies that will catalyze your growth and illuminate your journey to a life of abundance and extraordinary impact.

Together, we will tap into our latent capabilities and carve out a reality that not only meets but exceeds our greatest aspirations. It's time to embark on this quest for self-realization and achieve the extraordinary.

In pursuit of greatness,

- J

Interview with Christy Keeton

Who is Christy Keeton?

I am a mom, gramma, real estate investor, and lover of geographic and time freedom! I invest in apartments and flip single-family houses to bring me financial freedom. I enjoy underwriting deals and making offers…but I am overjoyed to close deals! I have closed over $80 million in multifamily since January 2021. My passion is to bring knowledge and understanding to others in the industry so they can also succeed. I love to give to charity anonymously… saving children from trafficking and drilling fresh wells in rural villages in India makes my heart smile.

What is your motto in life?

Pay it forward and be supportive of others' success.

What are your upcoming projects, and what excites you the most about them?

Oh, I love this question! I have created an online course for Multifamily Underwriting to help others be "Deal Savvy?". I have a class starting after the first of the year. I am excited I get to teach others in this industry how to underwrite deals and understand the numbers.

Are there any particular rituals or routines you follow to enhance your workflow?

Yes. My mornings are filled with devotion and prayer. This starts my day off in the right direction. Time management is very important to my day, so I allocate blocks of time to different tasks and this helps me to stick to and complete one task at a time.
