Dream sequences you remember

The dream is an activity that occurs during our sleep. It takes place during REM sleep, which is associated with rapid eye movement, fast breathing, and increasing bodily movement. According to a theory, dream occurs when our brain process information during which it gets rid of the unnecessary information and moves short-term memory into long-term memory. Some people can easily recall their dream however others can’t. In your brain, there is a specific region called the temporoparietal junction, which process information and emotions. this region put you in intra-sleep wakefulness, which makes you remember a dream.

Some people do not know about the science involved in this but dreams that have spiritual implications are mostly based on the alertness of your spiritual man or for that matter spiritual woman or inner man. In brief its the alertness or otherwise of your spirit man that makes you remember your dream or reacts to your dream. My remembrance of my dreams seems to be related to a common theme. The dreams can be very different, but the theme is mostly common among them. There seems to be things to do and outcomes to be established in the situations. Because of these commonalities, it seems easier to remember most of my dreams.

When I was with my ex long time ago my dreams at that time where very intense and night nightmarish type of dreams. I hear some tips on how to remember your dreams have a note book next to your bed and each morning and as soon after you wake up record your dreams. But before you go to sleep tell your self that you will remember your dreams when you wake up you need to practice this for a wile nothing happen over night. If you have a very stressful day the chances is that you will have intense dreams and ultimately you will remember that dream.

A desire to remember your dreams helps. Not waking up too quickly. Allowing yourself to lie quietly upon awakening so that the details of the dream are scattered in your memory. Consciously asking for a dream to provide the information about your life circumstances and the issues you are facing before you go to sleep is extremely helpful. And, don’t be too intense about it all, just let it all flow. It takes lot of practice and efforts to actually remember dreams unless it's natural for some people. I have been able to do so and I would remember most of my dreams now a days.

Sometimes I can now remember 3 dreams in a night. There are certain things you could do enhance your abilities in dream world. Before going to sleep just give a message to your subconscious mind that you would want to remember dream. Before you wake up from bed, stay still for couple of minutes in bed and ask your subconscious mind to give you clues about the dream you had. Read books related to dreams. Drink couple of sips of water before sleeping and avoid alcohol or other drugs. Keep your bedroom tidy, dark and quite.Practice conscious breathing before sleeping, maybe 5–7 breaths in and out. Do these things as many as you could.

You will have to continue doing so for at least two weeks before it starts showing it effects.Be hopeful and don't give up. This is from my personal experience, knowledge and understanding. Dreams that I remember are dreams that depict what I did during the day while I was awake or a dream showing something that is bothering in my current life. I guess such dreams appear on your dreams because you are stressed about it and want to work out a solution to your problem. Furthermore, I've seen dreams that made me extremely anxious and woke me up immediately because I was so shocked and out of breath.

Such dreams were kind of violent or I saw someone that is no longer he with me and I miss them. For example, 3 years ago, I dreamed about my dead dogs. And it was an awful feeling to wake up in the middle of the night crying like a scared baby. Other dreams I can easily remember, are the bizarre ones where I see myself having physical. In all kinds of bizarre positions and I can't understand why I'm having such dreams when in real life I'm not even sexually active. Too bad Freud is not alive to psychoanalyse me!

There’s not a single morning I wake up and don’t recall most or all of the dreams I had during the night (average 3–4 with unclear transitions between each), and in great detail, the color of people’s clothing, the exact words said. Not always a blessing because upon waking, whatever emotions I was feeling are still extremely real - if a loved one died in the dream, I wake up with extreme sadness, if someone angered me in the dream, I wake up feeling extremely annoyed/frustrated, etc. and it takes a while for the feeling to fade.

Some dreams stick with me for years, others come back to me all of a sudden out of the blue, and some actually return in a different form (have another dream years later in the same odd setting as a previous dream, and get Deja vu), but the vast majority I forget by the end of the day. Only the first hour or two after I wake can I remember the specifics in great detail. I’d say the dreams I have are roughly half “fiction” (in an imaginary setting with beings and powers that don’t exist in the real world) and half “non-fiction” in a setting from my real life, with people I actually know, no special powers. Cheers!

I almost always end up lucid dreaming in the former as my brain recognizes that monsters or the ability to fly etc. aren’t real, and then I can usually control the dream and sort of do what I want/don’t usually get scared if a monster is about to kill me, but rarely if ever lucid dream when the setting is “non-fiction”. Always wondered how normal this is as all of my family either never remember their dreams, or only once in a while. all in all, I love and hate dreams.

They hide a lot of meanings in your unconscious mind. Even for days and years to come I can recall dreams that I had. Some are so vivid that they wake me up or I feel like I a, really there when they are taken place. It is very rare that I do not remember my dreams. I know a lot people say you’re not supposed to remember them, but I do. I wish there are times I could forget what I dreamed and others I wish where real when I woke up. Cheers!

For me it's that bad dream that shakes me all day long. Thank God they never come to pass...Is there a way to guarantee positive dreams only??
