Dreams, whatever the dream I had last night will be a fantasy story to my friends next day. Until 22 I never think about this, what a dream really means. Why are we dreaming in sleep? More over my parent’s discussion rises curious to know. Here what I find.
“Dreams are nothing but a sudden flash of memories from your gallery.” When it needs to be explained, it will be like this.
Studies have shown the importance of dream to our health and well-being. In one study, researchers woke subjects just as they were drifting off into REM sleep. They found that those who were not allowed to dream experienced:
Increased tension
Difficulty concentrating
Lack of coordination
Weight gain
Tendency to hallucinate
In the entire human body, Brain is the only organ that functions even in unconscious. The main active of brain is to transmit signal through to neurons and to act or stimulating according to the command received. Well this is getting into biology class. Let me come to the theory in general.
During deep sleep our brain pumps the memories we stored and displays on the screen which appears as dreams to us in the form of images and imagery thoughts, sounds and voices, and subjective sensations experienced when we sleep. This can include people you know, people you've never met, places you've been, and places you've never even heard of. They can also be your deepest and darkest fears and secrets, and most private fantasies. There's no limit to what the mind can experience during a dream and really no rhyme or reason to what you end up dreaming about. For instance, a dream about a grizzly bear chasing you through your house could be the stress you feel about the relationship with a friend. A dream about being stuck inside of a room with no door might echo your feelings about a dead-end job. The analysis of dreams is different according to the situations you handle and the way you see things.
It also says that dreams are a window into our unconscious. However, there is something interesting behind this. It’s ok to dream something you saw in your real life but what about things and persons who you ever meet in your real life or the persons who passed away from this world. When you’re in deep sleep your brain goes into subconscious way which lead to open the doors of world in another dimension where no one can travel directly, this could be related to soul traveling. That’s the reason you can experience all the fantasy things which never present on this earth. Up to now it’s ok but what about seeing deceased ones in dream. Here it should be noted, as deceased one won’t have command on his soul as they finish their life. That’s the reason they choose dreams to convey something and mostly the dream may be of messages, request or may be warning. All you have to do is just to analysis properly. This is my personal experience.
Dreaming about someone who has died is an indication of negative influence and bad company. If the deceased is someone who was very close to you, the dream would be a solace and a small liberation from your grief. There may be some kind of connection that you share with the dead, which can exist in the form of similar events happening in your lives, or your behavior patterns or even the mental state at some particular time. Such dreams could also symbolize unsettled issues with the dead person. Such dreams offer precious insight and perspective. They open your mind to the things you have already known, but could not acknowledge and help you to look at your life in a new light.
If you are going through a rough patch in your life, the dead may return through dreams to guide you along the right path and comfort you.
More over I can say dreams are gate ways to take you into your 7th sense.
