I try to remind everyone out there, every day, that you can have your dream job. That you deserve to have your dream job. And if that's not what you have, you can change it.

And there's 409 people now who have joined my crusade and began that search, with professional support.

  • About 25% are working on how to make their current job, their dream job.
  • Almost 50% our members have already landed their DREAM JOBS. And of those, 97% report, 1 year later to be still incredibly happy they made the move.
  • The remaining 25% are getting interviews and seeing for themselves that there are in fact great opportunities out there with other organizations, doing roles similar or very different, that feel in every way to be a better fit.

JobMorph members are changing their lives and the changes they are making are impacting their colleagues, their family, their friends, and their community.

That's just the truth of it: what we are feeling ripples out from us. And when we're feeling disengaged at work, that ripples out too.

So when you do decide to make changes, like our 409 JobMorph members did, you are truly doing something that can have massive impact on everyone you engage with at home and at work.

Sometimes when you try to make changes like this alone, it just doesn't happen.

It can take months, sometimes years, for a professional to accept that the change they want might require assistance from a professional -- that it might take an investment to level up. I get it. We were taught in college that all it takes is a few workshops and a resume to find a job. And that's very true, still today. You can find a job with little more than that. But the problem is, once landed, you know it's not right for you, and then you are off searching again. And again. And even again.

What you want to do is find your dream job and that takes more than a few workshops and a resume.

You know that, I bet. Because you have seen in your own life and the lives of others that resume + workshops = job (for now).

Finding your dream job requires a totally different formula. It requires an investment into yourself, a strategy, and a team of experts to help you find those jobs, get those interviews, and negotiate the offers.

There's really the fundamentals of JobMorph . It starts with making that investment in yourself. And for most that starts with a career consultation with a member of our team where you invest 30 minutes into yourself.

And to verbalize that mission to themselves (sometimes for the first time ever) and to another. I'm a big believer that you have to speak it, to achieve it. Then next step is about developing a strategy to get from where you are to where you want to be. That's where I come in -- I try to help each and every JobMorph member map out how they will get there. Once we have that down, I'll assign you a team member to essentially shepherd you through all the resources we'll provide to support you weekly in your efforts to find those dream jobs, get interviews for them, and successfully move from interview to offer.

It becomes absolutely clear, relatively instantly, that these resources make the difference. Where there were no jobs before to apply to; there now are jobs being presented weekly. Solid opportunities that make sense and truly are what you were hoping to find.
