Dream Bold!

Dream Bold!

Hello?Kendor,

Someone laughed at my dreams today stating I dream too big in a small world.

Honestly, I felt sad and wanted to believe that narrative.

I know this might be relatable, your dreams don't make sense or don't seem achievable and you have decided to settle for average and left them sleeping.

I come with cold water to awaken those big dreams today.?Kendor! Your dreams are valid, every one of them. Don't let anyone convince you to believe their impossible story.

From this minute I want you to stop thinking less of yourself despite your current resources.

I don't want you to settle for less but to shoot at your dreams with all you got.

Don't worry I have provided you with some bullets to help you shoot at your dreams:

1.Set a Vision:?This is easy since you have a dream you aim at. Make it a clear one and boldly write it down.2.Plan:?Go ahead and research the steps you are meant to take to see your dreams happen. Start taking baby steps. Have long and short-term goals.3.Build Yourself:?I keep repeating this because it is so important. Invest in yourself. Your time, money and energy should go into grooming yourself.

There are more but I want you to start here.

Kendor, I am certain you are not satisfied with settling for less, so please stop because you deserve the best.

Goldman to Pay $215 Million to End Case on Underpaying Women

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has agreed to pay $215 million to put an end to a long-running class-action lawsuit that accused the Wall Street giant of systemically underpaying women.

The New York-based bank struck the deal with lawyers representing about 2,800 female associates and vice presidents, according to a joint statement from the bank and the plaintiffs’ lawyers. About a third is expected to be set aside for attorney fees.

Goldman is “proud of its long record of promoting and advancing women and remains committed to ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace,” Jacqueline Arthur, it's head of human resources, said in a statement.

Goldman is definitely screaming the need for pay equity and setting a pace for us in the workplace.

How can organisations achieve pay equity or does it seem impossible?
