Is drawing quickly, faster than drawing wisely?

Is drawing quickly, faster than drawing wisely?

Not necessarily. It's pretty much like driving fast compared to professional race-driving. You can drive fast, but never win. You can learn the right lines, practice late braking, get as close as possible to the performance shell of the vehicle and of yourself and win the race. Mental and physical practice are rather close to planning your drawing, your project's strategical & tactical path and its life-cycle. I am just about finishing a project 1st P.O.C. (Proof of concept). 50 Hours of Solid Modelling based on 2-dimensional data.

More than 5-7 hours I've been working on paper, checking the concepts, creating comparison analytic tests till I decided on my specific path. I've been considering level of detail, grouping vs. blocking, parametric features, locked positions and much more than reasonable for someone that is eager to start, finish and deliver.

Everyone knows that an AutoCAD Block has a single built-in insertion point. What if you'll be needing more than 1? It's possible within the Block Editor and the Point Parameter!!!. What if the model must be dynamic?
What if one of the POC items is to deteriorate a beam leaning on 2 (or more braces)? Each insertion point is going to quote real-world coordinates to achieve a real-world as-built model.

The man that knew the answers to all these questions lived long before CAD was even an idea.
