Dr. Yvie’s Story

A while ago, I had a coaching call with Dr. Yvie. I was so touched by her growth as a leader and how she’s totally transformed her life and practice, I wanted to share it with you.  

At the end of our call, she had tears in her eyes and said, “My business is now working for me, not me constantly working for it.”  

In just 7 months, this is the result! I couldn’t be happier for her. And she did all of this even through a pandemic.  

I remember when the pandemic hit and the shutdown of dental practices happened in March. Dr. Yvie was so worried. She’d just started Profit First for Dentists in January. She didn’t yet see the positive impact it was already having on her business. But soon after, she realized everything was going to be okay.  

Here’s what she did. When she started the program, she set aside time to learn and grow. She did the work. It’s not hard work but it takes consistent time set aside to do it. Once the initial learning and setup was complete, she followed through on everything in the training.  

Dr. Yvie is coachable. She’s eager to learn. She has goals and knows how she wants to practice. She follows through.
