I have found the best business strategies and advice are like seeds.

When they land on fertile soil, they grow and result in fruit.

But when they land on rotten soil, nothing happens.

Mindset is the soil.

Most people talk only about profits and income.

I think those are important.

But I care more about the person my team are becoming.

The more success they have, are they becoming more willing to learn … or more arrogant and close-minded?

Are they becoming a leader and more responsible … or lazier and more flashy?

Are they becoming more dedicated to their craft and team … or more interested in money and social media fame?

I really don’t give a s***.

The reason is because if they keep being that Ostrich with the head in the sand, and don’t want to face reality that for things to change, they have to change, it won’t be long when they realise that they keep going round & round in circles , and back to square one, but no nearer to their desired destiny!

Excellence attracts excellence.

Laziness attracts laziness.

(here I mean mental laziness included)

Winners attract winners.

Losers attract losers.

To have long-lasting success, you have to commit to becoming continually a person of excellence.

It’s hard to soar with the eagles if you are constantly sick.

It’s hard to be in a good mood if you are in a toxic relationship and spent the whole night quarrelling with your significant other.

Is your house in order?

People mistakenly say - we should separate business and personal.

That is BS.

Business is interlinked with personal.

We are Not Robots!

And the messier our personal lives, the messier our business becomes.

That’s called spillover.

So one big factor is to clean up one’s own house.

Make sure your health, finances, mindset, relationships are in order.
