Dr. Rujuta Diwekar is a known famous celebrity dietician and her publicity is in higher side because of celebrities endorsement. To be honest! she’s B - Town dietician and meant for them only because of higher pound paid by user of B-Town, obviously without paying her enough amount you won't be able to follow her secret behind weight loss and she will not gonna reveal her hidden tricks, it's simple as that and No doubt! reading books, watching her channel or blogs might help you to get some of the idea to lose weight but not all, it's true fact.

I started incorporating Rujuta’s suggestions bit by bit to tweak my lifestyle. Instead of going on a diet I was going to modify my lifestyle and diet. I split my meals and started eating every 2–3 hours. I would carry several small meals from home to not rely outside food. Eating one fruit within half an hour of waking up made my acidity vanish. I could live without any antacids and it was a huge relief physically. It has been about 6 years from then I make it a point to exercise at least 4–5 hours per week and eat as per a routine. My weight has stabilised and I feel much more healthy. I have read all her books and adding he suggestions to my lifestyle has greatly helped in hitting a sweet spot health wise.

Her diet is not eating low carbs and low fats or anything. Its about eating whole foods. Eating like our grandmothers and their grandmothers use to cook at home and what all did they make, she states that the food they made was pure, healthy and would take care of the body making it very strong and fit. She breaks the common misconceptions like eating ghee is bad for health, eating rice makes you fat etc etc. So her diet is basically high quality carbs, fats and proteins which will nourish the body and not damage it like processed food today does.

Biggest foodie as I am, I was not able to starve myself and found a women who actually helped me by providing a proper path to follow my goal.If you are a follower of Rujuta Diwekar you very well know that she doesn’t just ask you to follow a diet properly she tells the science behind it.

Furthermore, it's not important that all her diet tips helps everyone to achieve their goals. Moreover, her diet plan course are very expensive and it's way beyond for medium or lower class people and during lockdown she has highlighted some of the common tips on India today related to weight loss and that was taken aback to me that was just a simple points she asked to follow like eating healthy foods, nutrients and to add ghee, eat in proportion manner and so on and as per my knowledge these are very common points known by everyone.

Losing weight is not so easy task, you must have slogged yourself a lot to be slim and media is getting vast day by day and some of the adverse effect that people end up doing nothing because of end number of motivational ,inspirational also market become commercialized over past years which leads to misconceptions of products they are selling in the name of losing weight instantly, humanity is crushed. Remember the formula of 80% diet and 20%workout leads to weight loss .

First of all let us try to understand that your concern shouldn't be related to the feedback of endless folk, because every Individual's choice matters irrespective of anything. You should first focus on your body hormonal functioning criteria, it's not necessary that all diet plan works on every individual, you have to wisely choose the diet and workout plan post analysing your body requirements in order to reduce weight. Might be possible that your body won't perform the way you want by following strict or crash diet consequently it will lead to weight gain and all your efforts will get futile.

One of my friend suggested me to go for Calorie maintenance diet plan then I thought let's give at least one trial as I was totally pissed off but decided to try once. I have calculated my calorie intake and BMI from app. I got to know that my body needs 1500 calorie every day but in order to reduce weight I must eat 1000 or 800 calories in order to lose weight ,rest calorie body will consume from your fat stored. So I have done the same for 1 month and for my paunch which was looking horrible for that I have started doing Kapalabhati Yoga for 5mins and household chores. I was surprised it worked and I lost 4kg weight in a month that too without exercise or crash diet and it made me to accentuate myself.

But the best part is in this that you don't need to skip thing ,eat whatever you want ,try to intake good nutrients food, try to cut down carb, fat as much as you can but no harm in this if you will manage to have enough calorie needed for fat reduction, so that you will not feel weak and drink lukewarm water daily at least 8 glasses everyday. No doubt this is the most popular yoga pose tried by millions in the world.

Kapalabhati: Millions in the world pay credit to kapalabhati for the glowing skin and healthy body they have got. This is one of the simplest yoga asana that anyone of any age group can try. Sit in a comfortable meditative posture and rapidly breathe in and out. After 20-30 rounds, relax. This practice helps to receives a fresh blast of oxygen, thereby energising the nerves. It also helps to give a radiant glow to the face and removes the stress from the body. Don't procrastinate your vision towards your goal,

Always follow diet or workout at a sustainable rate and why to waste money if you can do it free ,you just need consistency and persistent towards your goal and believe me Calorie deficit work for long ,you will not end up gaining weight again.Stick to one diet plan that should be simple and easy to continue for long .I never thought that I can lose weight post pregnancy and to my wonder, it did work!
