Dr. Richard Geist Sexually Exploited Me!

You might wonder how I was sexually exploited by Dr. Richard Geist. My story spans 16 years. I fell in love with him the day I met him. Yes, love at first sight exists. I am still in love with him even though I reported him to the licensing board. Even though I know now that he abused his power and love bombed me. Even though he stood up for the psychologist (Dr. James Barbaria) by telling me I MUST REMAIN SILENT about the 2 years of sexual abuse. I did not know that I couldn't give consent (back then), I didn't know I could never give consent to sex with my psychologist because he was my doctor and I was asking him for help with my mental condition. It was NEVER a EQUAL relationship. And Dr. Geist reinforced the false belief that I was EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE!!!

Dr. Geist planted the seed and culled an unethical relationship at the start with me (before Dr. James Barbaria). He did so by having no boundaries. He allowed me, an adult woman, to sit in his lap, stroke his arms, touch his pe*is. He laid all over the floor with me. And we talked and met outside the office. I even stripped totally naked for him and he wrote a paper telling the world!!!

But then his wife started complaining about me (he told me so) so he had to withdraw "his affection" Of course because I have borderline personality disorder and have a deep-seated fear of abandonment (from my very abusive childhood) I didn't take that well. I turned into an alcoholic.

Since he himself could no longer fill the role of "pseudo lover" he encouraged me to turn to Dr. James Barbaria (another psychologist I was seeing after Dr. Geist cut me down to 10 minutes a week from 5 hours). I then had a 2 year sexual affair with him. He also became Dr. Geist's patient.
