After threats by a number of Republicans to invoke the 25th amendment to have president, Biden removed from Office, It is during his third bout with a Covid 19 illness (after being fully vaccinated including receiving all boosters) that President Biden agrees to “stand down” after being voted in as the official Democratic nominee for the upcoming election. Many doctors have pointed out that he is suffering from dementia or some sort of cognitive defect, while his doctors and those surrounding him, including vice president Harris have stated that there was nothing wrong with him at all, vice president Harris stating that his performance during his debate with president Trump was “just a bad start”. Many think this deserves further explanation; sleep deprivation, a virus, a very, very, very bad cold or just maybe brain fog something that’s being studied and found in patients who have been infected with the COVID-19 virus, more prevalent in people who have had Covid more than one time and more prevalent in patients who have had previous injuries to their brain?

In the past, President Biden suffered two strokes, reportedly from brain bleeds with surgery on a leaking brain aneurysm (abnormal enlargement, or weakening of a blood vessel), fully recovering without any long-term effects, according to his doctors at the time. Many are skeptical about his doctors saying that there’s nothing wrong with him after watching his performance, especially at the recent presidential debate. President Biden is leader of the most powerful country in the world. It’s hard for many of his colleagues to believe that “presently” he can continue to perform the duties required of the president of the United States of America, now that he has finally agreed to step down. Is there a physical disability in play?

President Joe Biden had refused to step down ignoring demands by leaders of his Democratic Party that he do so, many even threatening to invoke the 25th Amendment with a vote to remove him against his will believing he “is” not capable of performing his duties, due to a disability. The 25th amendment states that no medical diagnosis is needed and if Congress believes the president is suffering from a disability preventing him from performing his duties and making correct decisions as President of the United States, congress can have the president removed and immediately his duties then assumed by the Vice President “acting president”, meaning she is acting like a president, but not the president with the president remaining president, but without any authority.

President Biden agrees to not run again after Americans voted and made him the presumptive Democratic nominee President Biden planning to officially accept the nomination one month from now. His decision comes during his present and third illness caused by the COVID-19 virus. This opens the gates for invoking the 25th amendment by some Democrats and more Republicans stating that President Biden is cognitively incapable of continuing as president, supported by his performance during his debate with President Trump three weeks ago, a decision by the department of Justice not to prosecute President Biden determination made that he is an elderly man with a poor memory, Biden recently introducing President Zelenskyy of Ukraine, as president Putin, answering a question as to why he would endorse vice president Harris if he stepped down, stating that he had picked “vice president Trump” knowing that he could do the job amongst many other examples to use, including what appears to be in an inability to find his way off of a stage often times having to be directed by others, numerous physicians, including neurologists judging his movements and physical coordination as being indicative of a neurological disorder affecting the brain, a recent comment by a colleague who states the president did not even recognize him or knew who he was when he should have, all examples to be used also to support an argument that the White House and those close to the president, including Vice President Harris had been concealing and lying about the president’s capability to carry out the duties demanded of the President.

This could set a precedent to vote that the 25th amendment and removal of the president include that vice president Harris, by allegedly lying about the president’s mental status , not be permitted to assume the duties of the president until the next election and that presidential duties be carried out by Mike Johnson present speaker of the House of Representatives according to the constitution (the line of succession).

Meanwhile, there is no official presidential nominee and Republicans are dealing with an open election with one month left before the Democratic national convention takes place and an official

Democratic presidential nominee is voted in with a little over three months before the presidential election takes place.

What a mess.

Many have lost confidence in our government for the above reasons if true. Our healthcare system is failing Not much is being said about improving the quality of healthcare in the United States since it has been taken over by large private corporations, who were supposed to, according to the affordable care act increased the quality of healthcare while decreasing costs, with the exact opposite occurring. How little we hear about improving our healthcare system when at one time it was at the top of the list of policies political candidates requesting we vote for them, Stated and promised us how they would improve something dealing with most important asset, our health. Our healthcare system is falling behind other countries each in every year and it’s no wonder why.
