the globe. The book became an International Best-Seller in the United

States, Australia, Canada, the UK, and Japan. With the first work’s

resounding success, a new anthology is currently in the works.

Philanthropic Strategies Play a Key Role

Dr. Constance Leyland’s inherent desire to enrich others’ lives powers her

work as Level Up Academy’s Director of Philanthropy. Working with donors

and key stakeholders, she focuses on furthering the Academy’s mission and

goals via targeted philanthropic programs.

A True Passion for Education

Dr. Constance Leyland’s educational achievements reflect her deep passion

for learning and education. She previously earned a Doctorate in

International Business, a Master’s in Information Technology (Cybersecurity

concentration), an MBA in Management, and a Bachelor’s in

Communications. Today, she channels her love for learning into two

remarkable endeavors.

Dr. Constance Leyland serves as California-based Laurus College’s Director of

Business Entrepreneurship. She designs and manages entrepreneurship

programs, business incubators, and business accelerators. She also mentors

fledgling entrepreneurs as they form startup businesses.

Concurrently, Dr. Leyland oversees Southern New Hampshire University’s

140,000-strong Global Campus. The University’s online, hybrid, and

competency-based programs serve diverse global students. Dr. Leyland also

engages with business graduate students and monitors graduate business

professors’ career development.
