Dozen It 2021: My Little Big reCAP

This is the tenth installment in The Dozen It Series; a monthly blog series addressing questions I have gotten over my 40 years in leadership training and development across North America, and beyond.
Last month, December of 2020, I noted on Start the CAR!
Back in November 2020, I shared on From Regret to Reset. Before that in October... we explored on Stop Seeking Purpose. In September, Dozen It dove into Appreciating What We Hate. In August, Dozen It explored the importance of character. In July, we dug into how to keep a promise. In June, we explored 4 Questions for Commitment. Back in May, it was some thoughts on self care. Waaaay back in April, in the first issue, I offered thoughts around Confidence.
Earlier today, I posted on Countenance and Gate in Deliver 2021.
The point is that, going forward in 2021, we will continue to explore oft asked questions and dig a little deeper into the role Character plays in how we put ourselves out to the world. For now, and with the above links in mind, there is a bunch to munch on... if you care or dare. I hope you do. The world needs you.
This will be my Commitment, Accountability and Purposefulness here this year.

I speak, teach, coach, facilitate, lead, write, sing, dance, cartoon and create on that. In 1980, Professor Rolf Hattenauer changed my life. A highly respected expert in Human Resource Management, he expected much of us and he believed much in us. He was an educator and leader of high character. He was extraordinary. To this day and beyond, I try my darnedest to honor his spirit with my own work. That is another story. But I hope I did him service here.
