A great way to calm your nerves before a presentation is to engage in light exercise, like a brisk walk, stretching, or gentle yoga. These activities help release built-up energy and tension, which can ease anxiety and improve focus. Physical movement encourages endorphin release, lifting your mood and enhancing confidence, making you feel more at ease when it’s time to present
A downward dog never hurt anyone!
