A new hotel is set to begin construction in the Summer of 2024 in downtown Rockford, Michigan.?The new Hotel Rose at boutique hotel at 10 and 12 S Main Street between Maple and Bridge will include two restaurants, two retail spaces and 54 guest rooms.?Designed by project architect Ghafari Associates LLC. The $14 million project shows the exterior of the approximately 38,000-square-foot building that is proposed on two parcels.?Wheeler Development Group is proposing the project.????
