Developer Manifold Real Estate is planning to build a dual-tower proposal for a downtown half-block near the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.?Located at: 304 E 3rd?St.?The plans outlined by Manifold call for two towers to rise 446 feet and 595 feet, or about 41 floors and 55 floors, respectively. There would be a mix of residential and other uses: 856 apartments, a 216-room hotel, an eight-floor parking garage, an amenity deck and some retail space.
