Downtown Atlanta has a brand new building, ours.

I opened my own law office in 1991 (at that time it was "The Law Offices of Randall M. Kessler"). The building was a class B building comprised mostly of government offices. The view was amazing but there was no Centennial Park. Atlanta had just been awarded the Olympics but the games were still 5 years away and so was the Park and the Olympic landscape. I was a solo practitioner who shared space with 3 wonderful, experienced lawyers, Ben Landey, Stan Baum and Beverly Bates. It was a small firm but in the right place. Flash forward and we have 30 employees and have increased the size of our office space by over 1,000%. The building has gone through at least four major renovations and the most recent one is highlighted in the article below. It's 1,000% different than it was when I started. The government offices are gone, the Atlanta Hawks, Associated Press, Radio One, Posse Foundation and many other amazing tenants now occupy beautiful offices here. We now have great surrounding visuals including the new Mercedes Benz Dome, Phillips Arena, the College Football Hall of Fame, the Aquarium and the National Center for Civil Rights. We have been truly fortunate. I could describe the upgrades, but not as well as the following article.
