Downtime Interviews
Since 2016, we’ve conducted over 60 Downtime interviews with collage artists from around the world. These Interviews offer a glimpse into the minds of the artist, revealing their creative journeys, inspirations, and personal insights. Each interview also provides valuable tips for those just beginning their collage journey, making it an inspiring resource for aspiring creators.
“ Collages are thus a highly communicative medium, one that fundamentally requires openness towards the other. In this way, collages most closely reflect the essence of communication as an art genre. ”
— Joas Nebe, 2024

1 周Hi Joas, after your previous work, amazing short videos that I wanted to watch at least 10 times to really grasp and feel everything, I totally understand the transition to Collages. Even more intense, even deeper, even more work to convince yourself that it can be even better. At least that's how I feel about you after all these years. Many thanks for your post Joas!
