DOWL Summary Page

Such a simple database. You upload a problem with a couple of pictures, mark the location so it's easy to locate, assign it to an engineer and they resolve it. A couple more picture of the rectified issue are uploaded, it's marked as Closed and away you go. A two-step workflow involving 2 people per item. As far as build time and support goes it's relatively straight forward.

Hot spots show on a map

Hot spots are shown on a map which you can click on and drill down into. A legend indicates the current status, which should all be green at the end, all being well.

Individual defect view

A defect can be selected individually to see the details, pictures, etc. and be actioned, then closed once complete and evidence has been uploaded.

Then of course you can breakdown the status into a lovely pie chart for an overview of where things are at. Broken down by section of whatever else depending on the project you're working on.

One of many databases in the arsenal.
