DoubleTree by Hilton lands in Glasgow

Wednesday saw the culmination of months of effort to re-flag Our Glasgow City Hotel on Cambridge street to DoubleTree by Hilton, Glasgow Central. The transformation is amazing with amazing bedroom, a Hilton Honours executive lounge which is a haven of calm along with the new Brisket restaurant and Cask bar which have already become a hit with guest and conference delegates.

In all this physical transformation we can’t over look the effort, enthusiasm and time given by the hotel team to transform their knowledge and skills to the Hilton systems and processes. Along the learning journey we have seen the teams passion and enthusiasm for the guest and the different roles they play in the team reach new levels which can’t be taken for granted. It's great to see a team stretch and challenge themselves with the end goal in mind, to be the best Hilton in Glasgow with ‘our warm human touch and dedication to making our guests feel special’.
