DOUBLE DRUM Electric wire rope hoist

I have developed multi axle electric wire rope hoist, which is very innovative idea for heavy and height lifting. Normally material handling equipment are playing very important role in industries and business . Particularly electric wire rope hoist is vital part in overhead operation. It should be very strong and efficient. More important it should be as much as compact, it is preferable

The Motor RPM reduced to 110:1 Ratio by reduction gearbox. The out put of the gearbox is connected to the direct coupling with drum, The second drum connected with first drum with 1:1 ratio bull gear. So both drum will rotate on same speed but opposite direction.

Both drum are machined with same hand groove. Doing this way ropes can be wind on opposite direction and Side. When Drums rotate ropes will eventually release or wind opposite direction, which will ensure the bottom block and load always balanced in the middle of the trolley wheels
