We’ve been delighted to welcome several new clients working with us this month, with several projects kicking off. These have included working with a global education provider on a French portal, developing a salesforce solution for a major regional recruitment agency in Australia, and a solution for a new disruptor providing a cloud-based enterprise event ticketing system for reserved seating venues. Upcoming Events - Dotsquares at The Business Show 2021

Dotsquares are going to be hitting the road again in November! We will be attending The Business Show 2021 on 24th & 25th of November at the ExCeL in London. We would be delighted to meet up with you and discuss any new project ideas on our stand (B1450). We’ve also got four Masterclass sessions we are hosting over the two days. On Wednesday 24th at 12:00pm Bankim will be discussing “Leadership & Inspiration – changing for the Better”, whilst at 2:00pm Roxanne Glover & Charlie Bransby-Zachary will be talking about “Social Media – How it’s challenging Google in the B2C Market”. On Thursday Pranay Misra and Sachin Sharma will be analysing “Modernisation of legacy systems with effective project management” at 11:00am, whilst Rod Cole then will be discussing “Making eCommerce Easy” at 12:00pm. Bankim will then be repeating his Masterclass on “Leadership & Inspiration – changing for the Better” at 4:00pm. We hope to see you all there either at the stand or the Masterclass!?

Arnold Sports Festival App – Top 10 in iTunes

One of our recent apps has been listed as one of the top 10 in the UK Sports Category on the iTunes store. We have been working for some time with the Team at the Arnold Sports Festival UK, who are “the world’s largest health, fitness and multi-sport festival.” This includes The Arnold Classic Strongman in association with Giants Live, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, X-Fit, MMA, Boxing, Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Arm Wrestling, Dance and many more. Dotsquares developed an app that allowed content synching between website and app so users had up to the minute information on events from a central calendar functionality (shared by both app and website), ability to book and remind of events. The app was developed in Flutter to accept both operating systems and allow the admin the ability to update information quickly.?

Global Ethical Hacking Leader Board – Global Top Ten

As security becomes ever more important, and organisations big & small are experiencing a range of different attacks it is vital to be sure that you are working with a partner that prioritises this accordingly. Here at Dotsquares we can appreciate this importance and actively encourage our staff to participate in what used to be called “White Hat” methods. As a result, Kamal Kumar Modi has been listed on the Global Ethical Hacking Leaderboard. This required passing a six hour challenge that replicates a real corporate network with complex real world challenges thrown at each individual. The tests are designed to assess applied techniques such as threat vector identification, network scanning, OS detection, vulnerability analysis and of course system & web app hacking.?

Salesforce Community Event plus No hunger / Bags of Kindness

Leadership through the Pandemic has been critical, and Bankim has led his organisation through a period of growth and consolidation. This has been achieved through motivating all staff in both work and more pastoral settings to keep up engagement whilst people are not face to face during lockdowns. Bankim & his wife Shilpi have been supporting their three daughters to produce and distribute “Bags of Kindness” to homeless and those less fortunate. A great initiative that has gained significant traction and international recognition (https://www.bagofkindness.co.uk/). This has been supplemented by our recent efforts alongside Salesforce to bring a positive influence to our local communities. We held events both in India and the UK, and plans are to make this a more regular occurrence.
