Salesforce Summit Partnership Announced
Dotsquares are delighted to announce that we have now achieved the prestigious Summit (Platinum) Partner with Salesforce.
This is a journey that has been embarked on over a period of time at Dotsquares, working our way up to Summit status via the Base, Crest & Ridge partnership programme tiers.
There has been a lot gone into the achievement as under Salesforce’s Partner Value Score system we needed to demonstrate exceptional scores for Customer Satisfaction, Certifications won by employees, Successful Project Conclusions, and other criteria. Salesforce has designed this so that they can quickly see those partners who demonstrate a commitment to quality in the long term, whilst also excelling in working alongside Salesforce to revolutionise clients’ infrastructure. The bar is set high for this achievement with only 6-7% of all Salesforce Consulting Partners achieving the distinction.
It’s a really proud day for us and we would like to thank everyone who has helped us on the way, from our dedicated Salesforce Teams to our Customers, who showed faith in our excellent capabilities (as Salesforce has now done).

Dotsquares are delighted to announce that we have been appraised and awarded CMMI Level 3 Certification (Software Development Centre - CMMI Development V2.0 (CMMI-DEV) with SAM - Maturity Level 3).?CMMI ?is a process improvement approach that provides organisations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately drive & improve performance.
A massive effort has been put into this achievement from every Dotsquares office to document huge amounts of project information to ensure our compliance. This shows we’re dedicated to continuous performance improvement and the highest quality.

Clutch – Reviews with a Difference
Some of you may have heard of Clutch , a review-based organisation that lets companies find the right business partner for them. With 98,000+ client reviews listed, they have become the go-to place for development and marketing services. Clutch have a Leaders Matrix that is employed to map business services companies and provide a broad view of the top-performing companies in any particular industry or location. Of the elements that Clutch looks into with a company, they concentrate on the experience with the services needed, the evidence of successfully completing projects for previous clients and complementary communication and project management styles.
Clutch themselves have recently been praising Dotsquares for the support that we have been providing for clients searching through their portal. As you can see above with referral rates like this, we’re making the difference for a lot of clients and helping them on their journey!
Client Development Centre Visits
?As you know we always encourage our clients to see us at all our global locations, including our Development Centre. This month we have had visits from Matthew Brickwood. Matthew (pictured with the Team above) visited from Australia and has been working with a Team of four specialists with technology skills in ReactJS, NodeJS and Mongo DB to deliver an ecommerce webapp. We also had a visit from Joao Moriera from Stubbenedge, a UK based insurance provider, who we are working with on Laravel based projects.
It’s always great to see our clients at the Development Centre and helps forge those close ties that help our clients grow and understand the technology options open to them.
New Wins
Another great month with some interesting projects with new clients, including several from our recent USA & Salesforce road trip. We’ve started a few new Shopify projects with Australian based clients looking to optimise their ecommerce presence. We’ve also kicked off projects with Middle Eastern clients in the services sector, plus some great opportunities for resource augmentation with existing clients in the USA. We really are very well placed to provide this, and our Developers and Project Managers are available to be brought on to any existing project for a client, especially those that we have not worked with before. We can seamlessly integrate into existing Teams and make a real impact to drive any project to conclusion.?
Dotsquares & Zoho – Partnership News
Some great recent advances with our relationship with Zoho, one of the big players in the CRM space.
Gavin Waters, Zoho Partnerships Manager visited us at our London office recently. We had a discussion around how we can both work together to expand our offering in the Zoho ecosystem. The Team also spent some time learning about new product updates and enhancements. It’s great that we can forge closer ties with our Partners such as Zoho and ensure that we have the right solutions to respond to our clients’ needs.
In addition our Zoho Team visited Delhi and Bengaluru to attend the Zoholics 2022 Conferences . The Team was introduced to all of Zoho applications and how best to implement them for clients. There was of course training session and opportunities for networking, but the Team also had the chance to meet the founder of Zoho, Mr Sridhar Vembu (above with Team) and get some one-to-one insights at the Delhi event.
Salesforce Events
Dotsquares have taken the lead in driving the technologies we are passionate about and were recently Sponsors and Speakers at a couple of important events.
On Saturday, 12th November the Forcesquares (Salesforce by Dotsquares) Team joined the Women In Tech Dreamin’ 2022 conference at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Jaipur. Taking the lead means playing an active part - apart from being sponsors, several Forcesquares people were providing sessions and supporting the event. The event gave us the opportunity for a great time with Trailblazer Community.
After the opening note from Salesforce India CEO Arundhati Bhattacharya, our Jaipur User Group Leader Kuldeep Sharma & Salesforce Business Analyst Udit Panwar provided a fantastic session on “Equality – Making an Impact”. Discussing important topics around what is Equality - in pay, gender & race and how it should matter to us. The session made vital points on raising awareness, the responsibilities of every individual and what we need to strive for to make a difference in the future.
Gaurav Singh gave an enlightening session on “All About Salesforce Business Analyst”, outlining the vital role played in the success of any project. He highlighted the roles and responsibilities, and the skillset and mindset that an expert Analyst needs to possess. He also pointed out the important differences between a Salesforce Business Analyst and a Salesforce Admin.
On the following Sunday the Forcesquares Team attended the inaugural Salesforce Marketing Cloud event (MC2) at the Hotel Royal Orchid in Jaipur. The event covered insightful sessions about Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot. Many thanks indeed to the Team and Kuldeep Sharma for their help in the organisation of this event.
SKOCH Gold Award – Rajasthan E-Governance Portal
Dotsquares has been providing development services for the Government of Rajasthan (our home State in India) for some time. This has seen us work on several projects, the latest being the Jankalyan (Public Welfare) Portal . This is used by the Government to display public information for all the Departments and Districts in one single place. Essentially it is bringing together over 50 smaller portals including the Chief Minister’s information system, all press releases and other similar information and a huge amount of data coming from the various Departments and Districts that make up the State’s governing function,
The work has won a prestigious award for our involvement!?The SKOCH Award salutes people, projects and institutions that go the extra mile to make India a better nation. They receive this Award for their extraordinary achievements in contributing to the society. Awardees value SKOCH Award as the highest civilian honour in the country conferred by an independent organisation. Dotsquares has developed this using Angular for the front end (mobile friendly) with a back end consisting of MVC web API and SQL server.
