February can be a quiet month for some – not so the case at Dotsquares in 2023!
As you can see below we’ve been joining clients for international meetings and contributing massively to their overall strategic direction. we’ve secured some great new business across different technologies & industries and already we are beginning to see the fruits of our Kaizen programme.
There’s news about a great new Augmented reality app we have designed & developed for a client in the events industry, and an update on a fantastic new game being developed using ARKit technologies.
Finally, as you know, online reviews can give some glimpses into how a company is performing and the perceptions of clients. We’re delighted to say that the vast majority of our reviews are overwhelmingly positive and are constantly checked by us to ensure any key point is addressed and included in the on-going Kaizen programme.?
International Client Meetings
Exciting news to share! Dotsquares, an international Solutions Provider, had the pleasure of attending an Enterprise Client Revenue Kick Off meeting at their US headquarters in Washington DC. We are thrilled to announce our Partnership and grateful for the opportunity to collaborate and exchange ideas with their Team.
The meeting, including a Fireside Chat Session, was a tremendous success, providing us with valuable insights into the latest industry trends and plans for the upcoming year. We were impressed by the high level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by their team, and we left feeling energized and motivated to deliver joint goals and contribute to a successful partnership.
We are excited to work together to achieve great success and help another enterprise businesses reach their full potential.
Dotsquares has a long history in their 21 years of providing enterprise solutions for a variety of corporate clients including healthcare, ecommerce, travel and others. Armed with this history we can also work and consult with start-ups to ensure they make the right decisions to move to become a scale up organisation and beyond.?
Year of Kaizen Update
As you know this year, we are focusing on our Year of Kaizen, and the ways to continuously improve. All Teams have now had their Yearly Kick Off Meetings to identify and extrapolate the small improvements that can be made around tools, people, technologies and processes.
In most of these meetings the focus was on automation, upskilling and an individual’s technology focus, looking to make improvements in knowledge and skillset so as to add yet more to the overall Team. Here we are looking to improve industry and technical knowledge so we can provide our consultancy from an even better position. If we know about various industry trends and the technical choices available then we can suggest to clients what might be the best approach for them.
As Dotsquares keeps evolving in a changing market to provide solutions for our clients we need to ensure that at a company level we are best placed to efficiently provide those solutions. Our series of Kaizen Programmes within the organisation will ensure that both at the company and individual level we are providing our absolute best of ourselves for our clients.
New Wins?
Dotsquares has had a steady start to the year with new business won in a number of different technologies and industries. We’ve made a start on a Salesforce implementation for a healthcare based client in Florida, USA, and kicked off a Virtual Reality project for a client offering wireless property access technology for property and housing managers. We’re also now working with a business to business industrial supply & equipment provider to implement an end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics solution with a few customisations to standard workflows. And we are now starting on a full Hubspot integration for a well-known UK based homeware retailer which will also include a level of customisation and the design and set-up of custom reports.?

Augmented Reality Solution Developed for Teams & Events
Dotsquares has been a pioneer in the development of Augmented Reality applications as we really understand the impression they give, especially at a show or in a conference environment. Working with a long term client Dotsquares has created an interactive application for events and team building. Users can create a “virtual wall” (in essence any clear wall space) and can draw, paint, write and create anything within their wall via the app. Users can invite others to participate in Groups to enhance collaboration.
The prime technology used in the solution was ARKit which is used to inhabit the Augmented Reality environment. This technology includes device motion tracking, camera scene capture, advanced scene processing and various display customisations that simplify the building of the user’s Augmented Reality experience. The solution also utilises a range of Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as AWSAppSync, DynamoDB, AWSMobileClient, etc. to develop applications faster with serverless GraphQL and APIs. Zapier is also used in the solution for its no code automation which allows complex workflows to be simplified and captured for further analysis.?
InventiveStudio RPG Game Alert!?
Dotsquares Inventive Studio have been working hard on developing their skills in Unity & Unreal Engine to create games for consoles and mobiles, as well as use these skills in developing Augmented & Virtual reality solutions.

Named “Elvish War” the game boasts photorealistic rendering in real-time, robust multiplayer frameworks, VFX & Particle Simulation, film quality Post-Process Effects, advanced AI and great effects using the Unreal Audio Engine. Dotsquares on Clutch & Trustpilot
Dotsquares has now been providing solutions for 21 years and is obviously a very well established solutions provider. In these updates we’ve often spoken of our consultancy with clients and to work with them to find the best technology fit for their particular requirements.
Many clients and potential clients will of course have done their due diligence and done some research on possible suppliers. It’s on these third party review sites that you can get an unfiltered view and at least have some information to make an informed decision.
Clutch and Trustpilot are two that are frequently turned to in the IT world.
On Clutch you can read our reviews at: https://clutch.co/profile/dotsquares#reviews which includes comments such as “"We're most impressed with the speed with which Dotsquares responds to any urgent issues we have."
Whilst over on Trustpilot at https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/dotsquares.com, the reviews there include comments such as “Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. I was so impressed with how professional & prompt the whole process was. I’m really happy with my outcome and I appreciate all the extra help.”
Many thanks indeed for your continued support and of course if there is anything that we can help with for either yourself or a colleague please let us know.
We’ll be back next month with more news, updates, and other info. Be sure to connect and keep in touch with us on Twitter and LinkedIn.
