Australia Office Visits GCC

We were delighted to welcome our colleague Ashish Gulati from our Australia Office in Melbourne to our Global Capability Centre in Jaipur. Ashish met with the Directors and Senior Team Leads to discuss our upcoming aligned campaigns for the year ahead. Meetings included discussions around new technology adoption, advertising on social media campaigns and goals for the upcoming year.

It’s always great when our colleagues “return home” from our international offices, bringing new ideas and fresh energy. Ashish and Team have been providing Australia access to Dotsquares services for many years now and are currently working with big brand names such as BetterThat, Craveable Brands and Choices Flooring.?

Maxol & Dotsquares Partnership

Dotsquares are delighted to have been recognised by Maxol, a major international oil & petroleum brand. We’ve been working with them helping with their move onto the Yext platform, delivering Locator and Location Pages. We faced some challenges in that the underlying technology, React, gave some limitations. The client also asked us to design and deliver a fresh new look for their website and add some new features and functionality.

Maxol were delighted with the work provided and provided some kinds words on Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/65955645867b9f09400a2355 ) and Clutch (https://clutch.co/profile/dotsquares#review-2305461 ). This engagement has led to further opportunities with Maxol and we look forwards to working with them in the future.

Year of Lean Thinking – Update

As you may be aware from last month’s Update we have kicked off our Year of Lean Thinking here at Dotsquares. We’ve been holding some internal meetings both at the GCC and here in the UK to outline programme objectives & goals for the upcoming year. We’re constantly looking to optimise our daily operations and seek out those continuous improvements where challenges spark efficiency. Discussions were had around micro tweaks for macro results, improving communication and channels and ways to empower each member of the Team to engineer their own improvements. Our mantra this year is to exploit those small steps that can lead to the giant leaps to improve the organisation at every level.

Salesforce Trailhead Visit

Dotsquares were recently delighted for the opportunity to meet up with Ann Weeby in Jaipur. A series of meetings were held on 15th January. Ann is the GM and SVP of Trailhead, the Salesforce learning platform. Ann was in Jaipur to meet the Salesforce community and discuss upcoming meetings and events. Its always great to connect with our Partners and understand how our own plans are synchronised with Trailhead. It looks like its going to be a frantic year ahead with the Salesforce Community spearheading the updates and added functionality to this great solution.

Papa Johns Visits GCC in Jaipur

We were recently delighted to be able to host Kanchan Lad and Rob Beattie from the Papa Johns UK Team at the Global Capability Centre in Jaipur. Dotsquares has been working with Papa Johns to extend their search capacity by implementing the Location Pages & Locator on the Yext platform. Being Yext Partners for the past two years we were perfectly placed to work with them to complete this important tool for them. As you will have seen from previous communications Yext is a great way to drive results for organisations. By utilising the latest technologies such as Large Language Models, Yext is now the premier solution to drive traffic to pages, and turning that traffic into sales & results.

We’re delighted to be a Yext Partner and help organisations such as Papa Johns to optimise their platforms to utilise the Yext search capacity.

New Wins

January is normally the month where you would think things are quiet as organisations plan their upcoming year – wrong! New projects have kicked off this month in key technologies such as Salesforce (projects in USA, Canada, UK & Australia), Zoho (Australia & Canada), Shopify (UK & USA) and Hubspot. We’ve also seen new projects start in mobile app development for clients in the beauty and financial services industries. Finally we have four great implementations starting with our Partners at Yext including Banks, a major Coffee brand and an international restaurant group.
