Our win-win approach, when executed accordingly, gives our Agents a realistic chance to realize $100,000 or more in annual commissions.

The National Average of $255,000 was used to calculate these estimates.
It takes approximately 31 closed transactions*! That’s 2.58 deals a month.
- 6(12) deals, DOSS Platinum Transactions(Full Service Seller/Buyer-$8,960 each deal)
- 5 deals, DOSS Platinum “Negotiated” Transactions(Full Service Seller-$4,255 each deal)
- 10 deals, DOSS Basic Transactions(FSBO Seller-$400 each deal)
- 5 deals, DOSS 1% Buyer Rebate Transactions(Buyer-$4,705 each deal)

NOTE: Our Buyer Package, which includes a Buyer Rebate, is designed to help you easily attract more buyers. This results in more closings, which means more commissions to our techAGENTS. If a buyer looks at more than 20 houses, the amount of the rebate will be reduces to $1,000.
NOTE: Our Seller Packages are designed to give consumers the option to choose a service based on their experience and the level of service they need and want to successfully market and sell their house. For a seller to qualify for a 1% Listing at DOSS, they must be in the market to sell their house and then buy a new home. If they are only selling, its at techAGENT discretion to negotiate the commission. In the example above, 2% was used.
NOTE: DOSS only charges our techAGENTS a $395 Flat Fee on all the deals they originated.
NOTE: DOSS charges an industry standard 25% referral fee on all the leads given to our techAGENTS.
NOTE: DOSS provides a competitive business model, signage, signage installation and pickup, lockboxes, leads(coming soon), support, and training.
NOTE: DOSS has podcast/video equipment for our techAGENTS to record professional looking content that helps them market themselves as a local expert in their market area(s).
NOTE: DOSS In-House Marketing/Media Team covers the upfront cost to market all of your listings. The objective is to provide a company standard for high quality marketing services. A reduced cost, $450 Marketing Fee will be deducted/reimbursed to DOSS at closing for the following services: Professional Pictures, Matterport 3D Virtual Tour, Digital Storybook for Social Media, and 50 Color Property Booklets delivered to your listing.
NOTE: DOSS only charges our techAGENTS a $360 Annual Tech Fee due by January 31st of every year. That fee covers the following: DOSS-Branded Docusign, Upgraded GOOGLE Workspace Account, BackAgent, LandLord Station Rental Credit/Background Check, and DOSS Proprietary CRM(Coming Soon).
NOTE: YES! You have to close more transactions because of the reduced cost listings and buyer rebates. However, the goal is to have a business method that empowers you to hit your financial goals.
