A Dose of Commonsense

In the past 7 Year's & especially, in last year's Monkey Business

I've seen lot's of Grown Men & Women cry, whether they were Business Owner's or just simply Employees

Socially, "Doing Good, Was Doing Bad & Of Course, Doing Bad, Was The Fashion of Doing Good"

So there were lots of Good Business People who either lost their businesses or had to survive or were forced to adapt to the Modus Operandi to survive

Over the same period, the Bad & Wrong Apples, just became progressively worse & more Unlawfully & Illegally Overnight Successes

They were certainly Not, Good Business Person's who were adapting to survive, but rather becoming worse to thrive with greed & unscrupulous business Acumen, Ethics & Conduct

Naturally, in a 7 Year Negative Economic Cycle & 7 Year Negative Life Cycle

Anyone who behaves like an Unconscious Animal, Criminal & Slave

Will be allowed to get away with murder & daylight robbery

Only because the Energy within this cycle is Negative & any Negativity during this period becomes seemingly unstoppable

So those who appear incredibly successful, are in actual fact Unconscious Animals, Criminals & Slaves posing as Successful Business People or as Authorities or Famous or Notable

But, like all things in Life & Love

The Tables Always Turns & Karma Cycles change between Negative & Positive

By the Positive Choices We Make in the Negative Cycles & the Negative Choices, in Positive Cycles

Negative things must fall apart, so that the Positive, Fair Things can come together

Positive Fair things, do the same for the Positively, Good Things

As does the Positive Good things do, for all the Positively, Great Net Results

In this 7 Year Negative Cycle

It was very difficult to find Decent, Truthful, Honest, Reliable, Respectable, Honourable, Notable & Trustworthy Human Beings

Whether it be in Business or Socially

Good Business Person's, experienced Bumpy, Rough & Tough Trading Conditions in the Sectors they served

All their Unconscious Employees were behaving like Animals, Criminals & Slaves

Either destroying their business as Damagers, instead of being Solid & Stable Managers

So if they were not destroying their business, people or relationships

Then they were being more malicious by stealing or destroying property of the company, business partner's, customer's, staff, the tax man, themselves, families, friend's, associates & acquaintances

But at the same time, those who paid people as Animals, Criminals & Slaves

But were expecting to attract & employ decent Human Beings to their businesses, were being hopelessly fooled by only themselves & them

No Human Being has a Legal or a Financial defense

If they are being treated incredibly well, but became maliciously destructive on their own as an Unconscious Animal, Criminal or a Slave

So the Good Business People & Employees wanted to pack up & leave for other countries

The same like I was also considering at 1 stage, to escape the madness that was unfolding & being allowed to prevail without any recourse

To do business in solid & stable countries, conducive to doing serious business & not the Monkey Business that was happening daily

But to be Fair, in any business or social environment

If you are paying Animal, Criminal & Slave wages or you think like an Animal, Criminal or as a Slave yourself, as the Employer or as the Boss

Then you are only going to attract even more Animals, Criminals & Slaves around you, with endless headaches, problems & issues

No-one ever became Lawfully Successful by being Cheap, they only achieved it with Quality, Value & Prosperity

If your Damager behaves like an Animal, Criminal & a Slave

Then you'll only be surrounded by more such Animals, Criminals & Slaves in your Business & Socially

Any Decent, Honest, Truthful, Honourable, Reliable, Respectable, Notable & Trustworthy Human Being

Knows that there is no Honour Amongst Thieves & There's Certainly Never Any Rest, for the Wicked Either

So you'll always struggle to attract, retain & grow your Talent Base in your business

Because a Superior can't work with or for an Inferior, especially not in this Negative Business & Social Cycle

They'll always clash

Because the Inferior is up to Nonsense & the Superior is doing what is Commonsense

In my time I spent as a Chairman of a Union more than a Decade Ago

I found a Simple Answer to Employer & Employee disputes & relations

A Damager always makes a mess for the Talented

& Employees are Never More Happier, than with Talented Managers

Fundamentally, Human Beings want to be treated Fairly & Humane under all conditions

Whether they have erred or when they have achieved

They want you To Reward Them Fairly, for Fair Work, a Good Reward for Good Work & likewise, a Great Reward for their Great Contribution

Similarly, they want you to be Fair with Disciplinary Action when they have Erred

Some mistakes are Innocent & are easily remedied & rectified

& other's, are just Plain & Willfully Malicious

Which remains beyond repair, even after the prescribed disciplinary, counseling & remedial action has taken its course

Fair, Good & Great Work is seen as a threat to Damagers

Only Talented Manager's understand that the Greater their Team becomes, the Greater they are & become themselves

& in any business, if you paying R10 for Unconscious Animals, Criminals & Slaves, but losing R200

As the saying goes

"If you pay in bananas, you only going to attract Monkies"

It's Commonsense to pay R30 for Semi-conscious Human Beings

To make R300 & more, with greater ease, peace of mind & create a more stable business environment to grow with

In certain Business & Social Circles, each member protects each-other

If someone steals from them or causes malicious harm to anyone in that circle

They isolate & punish them, if they can't reach the appropriate remedy for that situation

Because it's bad for business, for everyone else's business & social activity

Whilst tarnishing everyone else's image & reputation at the same time

& yes, in this Negative Business & Social Cycle, Age is Definitely Not A Sign of Wisdom

Yes, Commonsense does appear Wise, to the Nonsensical

But Wisdom, is a combination of Commonsense, Common-Cause, Common-Good, Common-interest & Common-purpose

Because it must prove to be Real, Right & True, with what is Fair, Good & Great

Or else it's not Wisdom, but just Commonsense, as the mere beginning of the entirety of Wisdom

But definitely more Intelligent than Nonsense, in the same breathe

Those whose Sold their Heart's & Soul's for a Banana in Business & Socially

Just to thrive, are going to pay an enormous price far greater than Bananas when this Negative Cycle End's shortly

They going to find it incredibly Rough & Tough going in the New Positive Cycle

Because of their Self-inflicted Damage to their Names, Work, Character, Reputation, Credibility & Their Other Plans to Fail Even Further

Those who had to adapt to survive, will find it slow going in the New Cycle

When they have served their Punishment, Learnt their Lessons & Grow their Names, Work, Character, Reputation, Credibility & Plans, Positively Once Again

Those who chose to be Positive by doing what is Fair, will grow Fairly

Those who did Good, will receive Good

& those who were Great, will grow Excellently & Exponentially

Those who were being Evil by destroying themselves & other's, will pay the Highest Price

Whilst those who were being Naughty, as Innocence, were already doing good when they were not being Naughty

This New Positive Cycle in Business & Socially

Starts with Commonsense, Fairness & Realness, but Never Ends with Common-Good, Greatness & Truth
