This Virus has proven like nothing else that there is no divisiveness, we are all in it together- the game of life. Even one person having this virus can infect thousands so all people rush to help everyone because there is an interdependency. And so for the first time there is some sharing, caring, walls of religion, country, and all other petty squabbles stand to wait until this is sorted. And who knows these squabbles may lessen or even go away forever? Who knows!
Meanwhile, I’m here once again with some thoughts, some original, some regurgitated from innumerable forwards in an attempt to make it fast, easy and concise for all to read at one shot and I hope to benefit by 1.throwing out the terror in your hearts and meeting challenges head-on 2.To know better how to handle your body to be better immune and if you have it then how to get rid of it!
A doctor who bounced back from Corona in double quick time had inhaled Steam continually nearly. Steaming raises the temperature of the lungs, throat, and mouth so that if the virus is already there it might not be as virulent in high temperature. & this also extends to adding a saltwater gargle to your routine.
Another note I received mentioned something I found logical, which was that the pH for coronavirus varies from 5.5 to 8.5. and one way to combat coronavirus may be to consume more alkaline foods that are above the above pH level of the Virus like Lemon - 9.9pH Lime - 8.2pH Avocado - 15.6pH Garlic - 13.2pH Mango - 8.7pH Tangerine - 8.5pH Pineapple - 12.7pH Dandelion - 22.7pH Orange - 9.2pH to help boost your immune system. And of course it’s a no brainer that you need to use this quarantine/ self-isolation to make up all the sleep debt from overworked days, dinner parties, too much work out and also just the habit of sleeping late, no harm if you’re a little lazy right now, it works for the now.
Hygiene is a biggie and you don’t need me to tell you after watching hundreds of videos about washing, bathing, and not touching your nose mouth and eyes. But what is not working for many people is their management of stress. I’m getting a lot of messages about stress especially in people who are over braining this. Even if corona comes to someone not everyone gets sick, sometimes if your immunity is good it passes you by. Talk to a friend, do a facetime, read a book, finish a box set you’ve saved for ages, do your spring cleaning, work it off, the stress. Spiritual leanings work wonders. Read some good old motivational stuff.
I’m a great believer in herbal & micro-nutrient supplements. Have some herbal, ayurvedic and homeopathic stuff and if you don’t know what, inbox me I’ll suggest some.
And now for a postscript about what happens if you actually contract this corona thing! What I have seen are a lot of recommendations for how to try to avoid getting coronavirus ): prepare as if you know you’re going to get a nasty respiratory bug, like bronchitis or pneumonia. Buy Augmentin Duo 625 mg; Paracetamol/ Dolo 650; a mucus thinning cough medicine of your choice; make sure you have honey and lemon at home, Vit. C and zinc tablets; vicks vaporub for a chest rub; if you have a history of respiratory problems keep an inhaler with you, NEVER KEEP OR USE IBUBROFEN at this time it is said to accelerate the virus (please do check on this). I checked the WHO site and I find a flu or pneumonia vaccine is not necessary. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink hot water and clear non sugary drinks. Rest a lot. You should not be leaving your house! Even if you are feeling better you may will still be infectious for fourteen days and for older people and those with existing health conditions should be avoided! YOU DO NOT NEED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL unless you are having severe trouble breathing or your fever is very high (over 102F) and remains unmanaged with meds. 90% of healthy adult cases thus far have been managed at home with basic rest and hydration and over-the-counter meds. Be calm. Prepare rationally and stay calm. Be grateful that this too shall pass!

PS I’ve used a lot of outside information to write this so I’m hoping it is all accurate, check everything with your trusted physician, but with the information overload I wanted to make some sense of it all logically
