Dornan Long Service Award 2023

For the first time at Dornan, we are recognising our employee’s service with the Company through the Long Service Award. This award honours individuals who have dedicated 10 or more years of their professional lives to Dornan and more importantly, this award recognises their exceptional loyalty to Dornan; we commend all employees who have surpassed milestones of 10, 15, 20, or 25 years’ service with the Company, with individual awards being issued for each significant achievement.

We were lucky enough to have had an extraordinary number of employees recognised for their long service in 2023 (143 employees with over 10 years’ service to be precise!), and in turn, we decided to recognise, celebrate, and commemorate those loyal individuals, befitting of their remarkable achievement.

As a Company, we are immensely proud to have so many employees with long standing service, and with over 10% of the Group with 10 or more years’ service, it’s a true testament of what Dornan represents and how our Core Values of Safety, Quality, Dependability, Integrity and Pride are entwined in the fabric of the work we do every day and every single individual employed by Dornan.

Furthermore, we would like to especially honour and celebrate the outstanding individuals who have dedicated an incredible 25 years’ service to Dornan. To the individuals who have achieved 25 years’ service, we would like to acknowledge their unwavering commitment, dedication, and passion that have been the driving force behind our success, shaping our Company’s journey and having a lasting impact on all those around them.

Through their hard work and perseverance, not only have they contributed to the growth and prosperity of our organisation, but have also inspired their peers and colleagues to reach greater heights. Their exemplary service is a testament to their professionalism, loyalty, and integrity to Dornan.
