The Doors to Money Heaven are Opening

A long time ago investment banker lost all of his clients' money. And when the banker was asked where did the money go he answered money went to money heaven.

Ever since that day, money has gone to a money haven is used for money lost due to decreasing prices of bonds, stocks, and property.
