The door is open … and your toolbelt is ready and waiting!

This past week has truly been amazing! I have attended a number of market and networking events to talk to referral sources, industry partners and even competitors. While the overriding conversation theme has been times are a bit bumpy and uncertain, I have been so excited to be able to share the good news Embrace Home Loans has to offer.

Instead of moaning about loan volume, price and margins, I have been able to tout the new product releases that our product innovation team has brought to market. Just in the last two weeks we have released our Prime Jumbo, 9 month on the money Extended Lock, and Lock and Shop tools for borrowers. The Prime Jumbo, as you may have seen, is a proprietary product exclusive to Embrace. It will allow for excellent execution on price, internal underwriting, and a very clear single product matrix to make the process easy for the loan officer. If you thought Jumbo lending was limited to bank-lenders, you are wrong. We have gone to Wall Street directly and will be packaging our own pools for this as well as the Beyond program.

Speaking of Beyond, for those of you who do not know, this is very much a solution product that is once again exclusive to Embrace. We have developed a matrix of client challenges whether it be credit events, income documentation, foreign nationals, unwarrantable condos, etc. and written loan programs that are meant to solve problems. In it's short time on the market we have over $9M booked on deals that would have otherwise fallen out. Our Beyond 2.0 is coming to market soon and will further enhance our lending tools!

There is so much good coming out on the product front, including an expanded construction/perm program. Combine this with powerful technology, leading edge marketing, aggressive compensation, and committed management, you have the tools in your belt to succeed.
