A door closes, another window opens

All the major banks are tightening their lendings for investment properties, raising their rates. Amongst all the gloomy stormy, one bank has shed a bright ray of sunshine, offering FHOG eligible borrowers 3.69% fixed for two years deal. It is a perfect deal for those young professionals who need to have clearly outlined budget for the first two years of becoming home owners. So, talk to me if it fits your life plan. :)
