This can sound cold and harsh, and we are extremely sympathetic to the suffering that the COVID crisis has created. This is something that no one in the world would wish for on anyone at any time. 

If anyone of us could go back and stop it from happening, we have no doubt we would do that.

But that is simply not the reality. The reality is we are where we are. In times like this, cooler heads prevail. Calm, rational, un-panicked thinking prevails.

What our combined 30+ years in the real estate and mortgage business has taught us, is there is GREAT opportunity RIGHT NOW!

It is also a time to invest for cash flow, to take advantage of the interest rate reduction to buy properties that generate cash flow on a recurring basis.

Many brokers are just that, they sell houses or properties, commercial or residential to buyers.
